How do I apply?
To submit an application, click the APPLY NOW button on this website. Once you set up an account, you can begin the submission process. Entries may be submitted by agencies on behalf of clients.

Who can enter the Beauty Matter Awards?
Global organizations, large and small, engaged in the business of beauty are eligible to enter.‍

Can I start my application and finish it later?
Yes—as long as you have registered with your email, you can sign back in and finish your submission later.

Where do I send samples of product or packaging?
Product and packaging samples must arrive at the warehouse by 4/18. Samples received after the deadline will not be considered in judging.

Can my entry be edited after I have submitted it?
Yes, any entry can be edited until the submission deadline.

Can I enter more than one category?
Yes, you may submit for as many categories as you like. Each category is evaluated individually, increasing your odds of winning.

Are there discounts for multiple submissions?
A 10% discount is applied on all entries beyond the first when submitted and paid together. The system will automatically apply the multiple category discount.

How do I receive my 10% BeautyMatter Professional or Premium Member discount?
BeautyMatter Premium and Professional Members are entitled to a 10% discount on applications. Please email info@beautymatter.com for your unique discount code.

How are winners selected?
All applications will be judged solely on the information submitted as part of the application. It is important that the entry and materials submitted make a clear and well-articulated case as to why you deserve to win.

Will the information on my entry be shared?
Everyone involved in the judging process will be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement and will be required to keep all application material confidential.

What type of payment is accepted?
Payment can be made by credit card only. All major credit cards are accepted. Please visit the application page for details.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All sales are final and nonrefundable once an application is submitted.

CRAFTING A WINNING ENTRY
The submission matters. All entries are judged solely on the quality of the information and assets provided. Writing award entries doesn't have to be difficult or time-consuming, but does require focus and planning. Here are some tips to create a winning submission

Choose the right category
Take time to carefully review the categories and criteria. Select the one that best aligns with your work or product.

Edit and review
Before submitting your entry, carefully review your responses and any visuals or supporting materials, especially if an agency completed the entry on your behalf.

Be intentional and concise
Ensure each answer is providing new information for judges to review. Consider using headlines or bullets to make copy easier to read.

Utilize visual support
Photos, videos, and examples of campaigns or marketing materials can help to enhance your submission and provide judges with a better understanding of your work.

Highlight impact and results
Include data or metrics that demonstrate the impact or success of your work or product and quantify its effectiveness.

Testimonials or social proof
Third-party recognition from customers, influencers, or industry experts can provide additional validation and credibility for your entry.
